Lampe Financial Group, LLC (“LFG”) recognizes that our relationships with current and prospective clients are based on integrity and trust. We work hard to maintain your privacy and to preserve the private nature of our relationship with you. We place the highest value on the information you share with us. LFG does not sell or rent your personal information and does not disclose your personal information except as permitted or required by law or at your direction.

Information may be collected through written documents, electronic systems, client portals, custodial platforms, integrations, or other technology systems used in the normal course of our business.
What Information We Disclose
We are permitted by law to disclose nonpublic personal information about you to unaffiliated third parties in certain circumstances. LFG may disclose clients’ nonpublic personal information: (1) To individuals and/or entities not affiliated with LFG, including, but not limited to third parties that assist in the supervision or management of your account(s) (i.e., sub-advisers, account custodians, recordkeepers, attorneys, accountants, etc.); (2) To technology vendors and service providers that support our operations, such as client management systems, archiving technology vendors, cloud service providers, secure data storage providers, compliance systems, and/or other business service providers; (3) To your authorized representatives or individuals holding a power of attorney; (4) When we receive your prior consent or direction; (5) In connection with a proposed or actual sale, merger, or transfer of all or a portion of our business; and (6) As otherwise permitted or required under federal or state privacy regulations.
In the event that LFG has a change to its client privacy policy that would allow it to disclose nonpublic
personal information not covered under applicable law, LFG will allow its clients the opportunity to opt-out of
such disclosure.
How We Protect Your Personal Information
Protecting your personal information is an important responsibility of LFG.
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your nonpublic personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. These safeguards are part of the firm’s written information security program and include measures such as:
- Restricting access to client information to individuals who need it to perform their business duties
- The use of secure systems and password protections
- Multi-factor authentication where available
- Encryption or secure transmission methods when sending sensitive personal information electronically
- Vendor due diligence and oversight of service providers that may access client information
- Periodic review of our information security policies and practices
Use of Artificial Intelligence Tools
LFG may utilize technology tools that incorporate artificial intelligence features to support internal business operations, such as drafting communications, summarizing information, or assisting with research.
LFG does not permit the use of freely available public artificial intelligence systems to process client documents or nonpublic personal information. Client-specific information may only be processed within firm-approved vendor platforms and service providers that are subject to the firm's vendor due diligence and data security procedures. Any use of technology tools that assist with research, drafting, or analysis is subject to human oversight and review.
Cybersecurity Incident Response
LFG maintains procedures designed to detect, respond to, and recover from cybersecurity incidents involving client information.
If a data security incident occurs that involves unauthorized access to your sensitive personal information and notice is required under applicable federal or state law, we will provide notice in accordance with those legal requirements.
Former Clients
Even if we cease to provide you with financial services, our Privacy Policy will continue to apply to you. We will continue to treat your nonpublic personal information with strict confidentiality and maintain such information as required by law.
